CHARLOTTE, N.C. — SignUpGenius has been named the 20th best place to work in North Carolina among small-to-medium-sized companies in the 2016 Best Employers in North Carolina ranking.

 The results were published in the March issue of Business North Carolina magazine in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management - N.C. State Council and Best Companies Group. 

The ranking was based on a two-part survey process. The first part evaluated company workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and was worth about 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the workplace experience and was worth about 75 percent of the total evaluation.
