The ranking was based on a two-part survey process. The first part evaluated company workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and was worth about 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the workplace experience and was worth about 75 percent of the total evaluation.
