Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be charged automatically when the free trial is done?

No. Absolutely not. We won't even collect credit card information from you when you initiate the free trial. If you decide you want to make a purchase at the end of your free trial, you can enter your information then. If you don't initiate a purchase, your free trial will expire, and you will lose access to all of the advanced features on your account.

Which version is the free trial?

The free trial includes all the features of our Silver plan - except for no-ads licenses, extended email sending limits and text invites.

Can I purchase a monthly plan?

Yes. Decided you only need advanced features for a few months a year? We offer the option to pay on a month-to-month basis. Once your subscription expires, the advanced features will be removed from your sign ups, and everything else will remain intact.

Does my paid subscription renew automatically?

Yes, products purchased on a monthly or annual basis will bill automatically at the end of the subscription period. You can cancel the auto-renew at any time by logging in and going to the Billing tab on your My Account page. You will see the "Disable Auto Renew" option under "Active Products."

How do I upgrade my account?

Moving on up I see? We'll make it easy for you to upgrade your account. When you are logged into your paid account, you'll click Billing on the left side of your My Account page. Under "Active Products" you'll see a button that says, "Upgrade." If you have any questions, please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you directly.
