For this session we will be offering Strength and Agility lessons to accompany your softball training, coinciding with our philosophy of creating healthy and well-rounded student-athletes. Although all will benefit from these, strength and agility training is especially useful for athletes looking to recover from an injury, gain speed, and build endurance before the longer and more strenuous part of the season begins.
The lessons listed below will be given by Angela Dalmolin, a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, of Kinesis DC.
Waiver: Anyone participating will have to fill out an online waiver on our website, www.5starathletics.com. *You will not be allowed to participate without completing the waiver. Only one per year is required ***(Sept-Aug)

Parking: Spots are limited, please carpool with teammates if possible. Please park in spots provided or on grass.
Attire: Athletic attire is required, tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
Equipment: You are responsible for all of your own equipment.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that for any cancellations we need at least 24-hour notice. Any cancellation within a 24 hour period will be charged a $20 fee and/or lose future rights to reserve times.
