Push! Interval Training mixes cardio kickboxing, HIIT, and Core exercises for an all-out cardio workout. The intervals go from low-to-high, and high-to-low, and modifications will be shown so you can workout at your own pace — You will need a towel, water, and an exercise mat.
Strictly Strength! focuses on resistance training to improve muscular strength, endurance, and functionality. Using a set of Dumbbells and your own body weight, we will work every major muscle group in the body. The class includes exercises that help to develop a stronger and more supportive core. There are no "aerobics" here, just Strictly Strength! You will need: a set of Dumbbells, a set of Gliding discs (or paper plates), and an exercise mat (or large towel).

- The ZOOM Meeting ID and Password will be sent 30 minutes before start time.

Class Check-In/Virtual Safety
The "virtual doors" will be opened approx. five (5) minutes before start time. Upon logging in, you will be placed in the "waiting room" until the Instructor admits the participants.
- ONLY registered participants will be admitted to the virtual studio.
- Microphone: Feel free to "unmute" your microphone to say "hello" to the group when you enter and on breaks, but mics will be muted during the exercise portions of class.
- Video: Your camera will be set to "OFF" upon entering the virtual studio — you may exercise with your camera on or off, as you feel most comfortable.
Waiver and Release of Liability Statement
By registering for online classes with Dennise Jones (dba DenniseJonesFitness) you certify that you understand that participation is voluntary, that you may stop participating at any time, and that the Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You also certify that you have been encouraged to consult with your doctor before participating, and that you are capable of performing physical exercise. Further, you certify that you understand there are health risks associated with exercise and you are assuming sole responsibility for your exercise choices, and that you agree to release Dennise Jones (dba DenniseJonesFitness), and its agents/representatives from any liability now or in the future, and you hold Dennise Jones (dba DenniseJonesFitness) and its agents/representatives harmless from any claims, demands, and causes of action by yourself, your heirs, or representatives, as a result of your voluntary participation. You understand that your registration certifies your agreement to this statement.
