***COVID UPDATE*** Slammers has gotten approval to open the hall starting July 1, 2020. The hall has been deep cleaned and disinfected. They will clean all tables and countertops after each session. Temperature checks will be taken at the door, and nobody will be allowed in with a temp of 100.4 or higher. No one will be allowed in the hall, including children, unless they have a receipt to play. Once they are in the Hall we will require the employees, volunteers and players to wear masks. Please provide your own mask. We would like for the employees and volunteers to wear gloves. The hall will supply the gloves. We will have hand sanitizers on the walls for everyone to clean and wash their hands. We will have the table and chairs situated to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We will have marks on the floor by the cashiers area, pickle area and concession stand as to where everyone can stand prior to playing etc. The Hall Manager on duty will be actively monitoring the bingo floor and will not allow seating that contradicts the spacing requirements. Players who are not adhering to the precautions set by the hall will be required to leave the premises.
CAC Foundation hosts the Wednesday night Bingo Session every week from 6:30-9:30pm. CAC students are not allowed to volunteer at bingo at this time, and parents are not allowed to bring their children to bingo while volunteering. We will allow anyone 18 years or older who is not a student of CAC to volunteer.
All volunteers need to arrive between 6:15 and 6:20pm for training on the new covid rules. We will release volunteers in waves as the night progresses and volunteers will be dismissed no later than 9:30 pm.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Cody Hoskins or Amanda Officer at [email protected]. Thank you for your support as we embark on this new fundraising effort to support CAC!
