EOG Proctors 2019
Volunteers are needed for Montclaire's EOG (End of Grade) Assessments! MANY of our students receive accommodations causing us to need a large number of proctors. These accommodations help our students do their absolute BEST work!
We GREATLY appreciate you signing up for one (or more!!) days to proctor. Sessions typically take about three and a half hours, yet they can run over as well. The day you sign up, you will be quickly trained in your responsibilities as a proctor.
A proctor's main responsbilities are being an extra set of eyes to ensure the test administrator is being ethical and providing a valid testing environment.
Proctors should plan to arrive at Montclaire by 7:00- allowing for a quick training and then placement with test administrator.
Proctors are required to be a registered, CMS volunteer. If this process is not yet complete, it usually takes about 1 week. It is a simple application that can be accessed @ www.cmsvolunteers.com!
Thank you in advance for helping our students!
**Snacks will be provided after volunteering is complete! ;)
