Clam Fest 2018

Thank you for signing up to work in the Ski Club’s clam festival booth. Please read the following instructions then scroll down to the sign-up forms below.

Sign up Instructions

  1. Please read & follow the age and job descriptions below for each job
  2. EACH PERSON MUST SIGN UP INDIVIDUALLY - families and friends may sign up for the same shifts – but please sign up each person individually
  3. You may sign up for more than one job on the same day or different days, but you cannot sign up for overlapping time slots.
  4. Contact Molly Marston ([email protected]) with any questions.

Job Descriptions

Clammander - Adults only. Supervises food set-up, check-in and training of volunteers, flow of the various work stations, ordering and clean-up. Skipper: Adults only. Experienced Ski Booth volunteer recommended. Assist Clammanders.
Prep Area Front Area
Fry-Dog - Adults only. Experienced and New Fry Dogs Welcome. Involves cooking product in hot-oil fryers. OJT provided. Front Counter - Adults only. Involves order taking, customer service, money handling & front area clean up.
Clam Prep - Open to 8th graders and older. Thawing, rinsing, breading clams Fillers - Open to Middle School students and up. Involves filling cooked food in serving containers for customers & some clean up.
Runners - Open to middle school students. "Running" breaded clams from the breaders to the fryers Crab Maker - Adults only. Prep crab meat, grill and stuff rolls.   
Superman - Open to 8th graders and up - thawing clams, restocking water, food re-supply, inventory control, hauling trash & some clean up.
