Additionally, I am offering WYW (when you want) workouts that are previously recorded be-strong classes. If be-strong class times aren't working for you, I hope these pre-recorded classes will provide you with more flexibility! $10 to gain access to the workout. The be strong classes are a great way to add muscle and tone your body while reaping the many health benefits such as strong bones and the reduced risk of diabetes and heart disease. Additionally, strength training has been shown to increase athletic performance as well as decrease the risk of injury.
