You're invited to join our in-person group All Levels Flow class Tuesday morning.
Jamie will be leading an All Levels Flow class linking the breath with movement. This class will be an opportunity to strengthen muscles, improve balance and stamina, and will benefit your entire being. Classes will end with Savasana
Class is limited to 12 participants. Masks are optional if you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please bring your own mat and props to use during class.
Rishi's Community Yoga has registered as a Fully Vaccinated Facility with DDPHE. Proof of COVID vaccine is required for those not already registered with Rishi’s Community Yoga. Unvaccinated students can still attend but must be masked.
