Body n Beyond Wellness Classes and Workshops
Body n’ Beyond offers a supportive environment for those new to yoga or for those who are looking to assure proper form and to refine their alignment. The beginner class, rooted in Hatha, will slow down the pace and look at the basics of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and movement. This class will help you build a foundation from which to grow. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat and water bottle.
