In order to assign the desired contact person(s), they need to be added as Admins on your Pro account. To do this, select 'Manage Admin' from the Pro Tools page. On this page you can view any current roles already established for the account and assign any other users to these existing roles, as needed.
You can also create new roles with unique permissions, if you choose. The level of Pro subscription you have will dictate the number of additional administrators that can be set up for the account.

Do the desired contacts need to have Pro-level access in order to be added as a contact?

While there is not a limit to the number of email addresses in a Group, you are limited to sending 1000 emails/month with a basic account. So, for example, if you have 500 members in your Group, you would only be able to send 2 emails each month. You can upgrade to a Pro account if you will need to send more than 1000 emails.
To add more email addresses to your group, you can choose 'Groups' on the left side of your account page. Click 'Edit' next to the group name. At the bottom of the page, enter the additional email addresses and then click 'Update Group.'
Also, it is not necessary to send invites from our site. When you are ready to take the sign up live, click the option to "Take my sign up live but don't send emails." The next page will show you the URL link in orange. Just copy the link from here and you can compose an email to your group and include this link.
If you ever need to locate the link again, just log into your account and click on the sign up. The URL in your web address bar is the unique link to the sign up.

How many can be on a sign up email list - can it be over 300 members. Can you add names monthly if new members join.

1. Can I hide or archive past dates on my sign up? JULY THRU 9/13 DATES were the summer schedule.
2. Somehow I think I have added to the messed up times for the LAY READERS. I prefer that the 3 Service Times (8:30, 9:45, & 11 AM) are in one large box, with a separate signup for each time specified for each Sunday.
My Readers seem to be easily confused, even before I tried to change something & obviously got the wrong thing! Thanks for the Process you have established. It does make life easier!
