"For the students, by the students" is a mission taken to heart by Texas State University's Career Closet. Operated by more than 125 student volunteers, Career Closet collects donated business professional attire to provide interview outfits for current students and alumni.

Customer Care Coordinator Bridget Sarbu had used SignUpGenius with other organizations and found immediate success when she brought it to Career Closet.

"SignUpGenius saves me a world of time," Sarbu says. "In an effort to provide excellent customer care to all students accessing our office, SignUpGenius helps us stay organized, communicate and remain effective through the busy semesters."

A few of Sarbu's favorite features include easy volunteer swapping, custom reports and customizable themes.

"SignUpGenius is an incredible tool for anyone trying to organize large groups of people. Life happens, things change, schedules change, but having a central location to keep track of sign ups is nearly life-changing," Sarbu says.

Above all, Sarbu found SignUpGenius' support team exceptional.

"I've never had a question that wasn't answered quickly, personally and to the best it could be answered," she says. "That has been a tremendous help in this job and in previous jobs I held."

SignUpGenius is proud to empower Career Closet as they help their college community suit themselves.

I just wanted to say thank you to the SignUpGenius team for such a fabulous website. I have been organizing a Christmas giving event at my office for almost 15 years. When I first started, I printed off "angels" and typed in wish lists for each kid and mom to be adopted for Christmas gift. ... Last year, I used SignUpGenius for the first time for my event. It has made a significant impact on organizing this event, saving me hours and hours of time. Plus, it allowed me to easily distribute information about the event. It has taken away much of the stress of coordinating this event, and I am able to reflect more on why I do this rather than stress over the details.
