  1. Host a Weekly "Best of" Contest - Pick a different theme each week for "company spirit" competitions. Co-workers can vote for colleagues in fun categories like most creative pitch, best dressed or best-looking desk. You can also throw in seasonal ideas like most ready for fall or most holiday spirit.
