Theresa,

Our Pro settings at Step 5 will allow you to prevent editing, swapping or deleting but you cannot prevent deleting and still allow swapping. Sorry about that!

Can you shut off deleting what a person has signed up for? As in they could swap but not delete.

Hi LizAnn
You can change and re-assign your sub-administrators at anytime on your Pro account. As part of the Pro package, you can also select who should receive notifications when your group members sign up for each event. I hope this will be helpful and please email the support team if you have any questions. We are always happy to assist!

If my school signs up for one of the pro accounts can I change the people who are the added admin or once I add that person is it unchangeable? When a specific admin creates the sign up does he/she receive the emails related to that particular sign up? Can I add an email for that particular person to receive the emails for that sign up?

Hi Ramona. Thanks for writing. All the data about who has signed up for your school events should be in your school SignUpGenius account already. You can run reports to export data of who signed up for various events. For more detailed info on how do do this, contact us via the "help" tab at the top of the page. Have a great day!

I am trying to find a way to determine who in our school has created an account and who has not. If we have a school account is signup gen able to provide a list of those individuals that have used s.g. for one of our school events?

Hi Tracy,

There are many ways to use the site and some schools find it helpful to create one school account so that all sign ups are listed on that account. Then, we offer the option to use a web button so that you can post an index page link to all of the sign ups for the school. This can be very helpful in keeping events organized and volunteers informed. Our Pro features also address many issues that schools face in organizing events with the option for adding multiple administrators, automatically hiding past dates and locking sign ups for specific time frames. I have included a link to the information about SignUpGenius Pro for you:

What is the best way for a PTO organization to use sign up genius? Presently all the sub-committees are setting up individual sign ups. Is there a better way for the organization to work more cohesively so our parents can just find all volunteer opportunities at one stop?

Hi Lorenzo,

Because we have many thousands of sign ups on our site at any given time, we are only able to locate individual sign ups if you have the following:

1. The email address of the sign up creator. If you have that email, you can go to SignUpGenius.com, click the "Find a Sign Up" tab, and enter the creator's email. It will then pull up all of the links to active sign ups that person has created.

2. An email invite to the sign up. If you received an email invite to the sign up, you will see the link to the sign up in the email. Follow that link to the sign up.

In addition, if you have received an email invite to a sign up and have an account with us, you can go to SignUpGenius.com and log into your account to view the sign ups you've been invited to.

If you do not have the sign up creator's email or an email invite, you can contact the sign up creator, school, or organization to request the link. If I can answer any other questions about our service, please let me know, and I'll be glad to get back to you.
