Yes, we now have a "Calendar Sync" feature that allows Pro creators to create a subscribable calendar, either for their personal use or to share with the sign up participants. This link has more information about this feature:

Have you added the feature for the administrator to automatically see sign ups on his/her calendar?

Hi Jill,
The calendar file (.ics file) that a user can download is compatible with just about any calendar program, such as Google Calendar, Outlook, AOL and Yahoo, in addition to Apple Calendar. There are various ways a user can add their sign to their personal calendar:

1. When you go to the sign up, and sign up, there is a check box you can check to indicate you wish to receive a confirmation email with an .ics file attached. When you receive this email, click the .ics file attachment at the bottom of the confirmation email to add the item to your calendar.

2. After you complete your sign up process, the "Thank You" page that appears has icons to add the item to your Google Cal, iCal, or Outlook.

3. If you created an account with us, you can go to and log in. On your account page, click the *Invited To* tab and locate the items you have signed up for. To the right of your sign ups, you'll see calendar icon. When you select this option, you can add the item to your calendar.

Is iCal the only way? Some users would like to use their Android.

'll be happy to help you add the sign ups for your event to your personal account. We recently added this option for Pro account holders. To get started, go to *Pro Tools* on the left side of your account page. From there, select the 'Manage Calendar' button. If you are a Sub-Admin on the account and cannot select the *Manage Calendar* button, you will need to ask the main account holder to edit the permissions for you so that you can have access to the *Manage Calendar* option. If the option is available to you, click the button and move to the next screen. You can select a name for your calendar and enter that text in the *Calendar Title* field. Click the *Add Sign Up* button in order to view a list of your sign ups available. You can select one sign up to sync to a calendar or multiple sign ups as needed, up to five sign ups on your account. After checking the sign ups you wish to add to the calendar feed, click the *Add* button at the bottom of the page. The next screen will allow you to select whether to include the filled slots, unfilled slots or both to your calendar. You do not need to choose the option to 'Link to Sign Up' for your group. Click the 'SAVE' button. The next screen will provide the details of the calendar you have created. Select the calendar icon where you see the 'Subscribe' text. The next screen you can select the option to 'Sync to my Calendar'. You can also choose the Calendar Help to show specific details about synching to specific calendars. I hope this is helpful. So as an admin, I can't add all the appointments to my calendar? That's the main feature I need.

It would be great to be able to add the entire sign up to my calendar as the sign up administrator. I would like to be able to get updates as my sign ups are being populated by subscribing to my sign up calendar. Thanks!

+1 for Mr. Voller's request. I have iCal feeds from a number of (my kids') organizations integrated into my Outlook, iOS, and Cozi calendars. Managing each signup individually is going to be unpleasant: I'm looking at having to manage dozens of calendar entries when you multiply it out. Thanks for any priority bump you can manage.

It would be EXTREMELY helpful to be able to universally subscribe events to a calendar as Mr. Voller suggested.

Currently, we allow a user the ability to add an item to their personal calendar when they sign up. However, we don’t have the functionality at this time which allows the creator of an account to upload appointments to their own personal master calendar. I can certainly see how this would be helpful as you manage your events and we do hope to offer this feature in a future upgrade to the site.

Is there any way to universally subscribe events to a Google calendar? I would like all events to automatically populate and then, if the calendar owner makes a change, cancels an event, etc., the changes are automatically made in my calendar.
