Hi Marie,
When sending an email, you always have the option to send to "those signed up." This will ensure that everyone receives the message, not just those in your group.

Some of your sign ups created earlier this summer may have the default setting that automatically adds people signed up to your group. We received many complaints, however, and this is no longer the default setting. We are happy to change this setting for specific sign ups in your account if you contact us directly via the 'Help' link the top of the page.

Does anyone know......If someone signs up who was not a member of my original group, will their name and contact info automatically be added to the original group?

I want to make sure their information is captured in the group so this "new" person will receive all emails. Thanks.
