Hosting Thanksgiving means you're the one everyone counts on. You set the time, plan the menu, and somehow make sure the turkey, the sides, and the people all show up together.
The hard part isn't any single task. It's how many there are, and how easily they pile up in the last few days. Start about four weeks out, and work through the list below one week at a time. You can also download the printable version to put on your fridge.

Track Who's Bringing What
If guests are bringing dishes, the menu is the easiest place for things to slip. Two people bring rolls, and nobody brings a vegetable. Before you assign anything, make sure your menu covers the basics. This list is based on your sterotypical Thanksgiving meal, so make sure you tweak it to fit your families favorites.
