Our "Print Version" allows you to print your sign up in list view only due to the space contstraints of the calendar squares. Select the "Print Version" option from the "Admin Toolbar" that displays at the top of the sign up. When you click the "+" next to Print Settings, you will see the option to show a line for "Check-in/out."

Our Pro versions allow the sign up Admin to create hidden fields where they can record notes such as which volunteers did not show up. Also, Pro Gold and Pro Platinum include the ability to generate a "Volunteer Hours" report. You can generate a tally across several sign ups, or individual sign ups. You can even group hours tracked for sets of people. That way, if you want to know how many hours a family, a class, or a subcommittee served, you can run a report and set it up by the volunteer groupings you choose.

Is there a way to print up a "Calendar" of the names of the Volunteers who have signed up for various shifts within a week so we can post a paper copy of the Calendar (in a week format, not just a list down the page by hour) at at the site of the Event and have Volunteers Initial that they were there?

Also, can you edit past shift and notate which VOlunteers were no shows so you can track those volunteers and follow up?

Lastly, can you go through volunteer list and see how many hours they donated to the organization?

We have already responded via email, but yes, it is always possible to go back and edit your entries in Step 3 (or any other step). When using the Recurring dates wizard, it is usually easiest to delete the dates entered and start over by clicking the 'Add Recurring Days' button rather than trying to manually edit the dates already entered.

Is there a way to edit the reoccurring days I had selected when originally creating my sign-up? (I originally had selected all day but realize I have to do Mondays schedule different than Tuesdays, etc. but that they will repeat that particular schedule on that day (Monday's schedule should repeat for all Mondays, Tuesday's for all Tuesdays, etc.)

When I log into my account it shows me only one sign up time slot availability, i.e. hitting class (8:00 PM). How can I see all of the different time slot availability?

I need to edit the time slots of a sign up I duplicated and I cant figure it out!?!? help

Hi Tina,
You can view the sign up at anytime to see the names of those who signed up. If you need to view other data associated with each person's sign up, you can do so as well. To view the email addresses of the users who sign up on your sign up, please go to and log in. Scroll down your account page until you see "Sign Ups I've Created." Click "View" beneath your sign up icon. If you click "Print Version" from the Admin Toolbar you can see both the names and email addresses of those signed up on your sign up. If you click "Add/Edit/Delete People" from the Admin Toolbar, and click "Edit" next to an entry, you can see the email address of the user that signed up.You can also generate a custom report to view the names and email addresses of those signed up.

To create a custom report, click "Reports & Stats" from the Admin Toolbar. The first section of the report page will allow you to select the sign up(s) for which you wish to run a report.
Next, the "Date Range" will allow you to include all dates from the selected sign ups, or you can enter the dates you wish to be included. Lastly, choose the type of report that you wish to generate.

Previously when utilizing the mobile version, a time slot that had a volunteer assigned, showed the slot filled. Unfortunately, I am finding that is no longer the case. Not sure if I did something wrong, or if that feature is no longer an option. Now, the only way to know that a slot is filled is to actually select the date and go into the volunteer opportunity, if the date is open, you can sign up, if not it will say that it is filled. It seems like an extra step.
