Sometimes it’s nice to be in charge, but not too in charge. We get it. Enter sub-admin privileges.
When your email address has been assigned as a sub-admin for an account, you will receive an email notification from the main account holder letting you know that you have been assigned as an admin.
If you do not have an account with SignUpGenius, you will need create an account using the email address where you received the notification. If you already have an account, go to www.signupgenius.com and enter your email address and password to log in.
The next screen will provide an option to:
1. Log in as Me
2. Log in as Admin
For any sign ups that you are working on for the paid account, you must choose the option to log in as the admin for the account.
If you wish to log out of your sub-admin account and use your personal account, click the profile pic or initials at the top right side of your account page.
When you click that option, you will see “Switch Account,” which will direct you back to the login screen where you can choose to access your personal account.
Sub-admins are not able to assign others as admins, access billing information or delete sign ups from the paid account. Only the main account holder has these permissions. Freeing, isn’t it?
