Disable Ad Blocker

By disabling your ad blocker, you are partnering with us to provide creators the ability to organize their groups with free sign up. Thank you, Genius!

Ad blockers most often come in the form of an extension or plugin added to the web browser. Below are a few of the most common ad blockers along with guidance on how to disable them for SignUpGenius.

 AdBlock

1. Click on the  AdBlock icon in your browser
2. Select Don't run on pages on this site (Chrome) or Don't run on pages on this domain (other browsers)
3. Click Exclude
4. Refresh the SignUpGenius page

 AdBlock Plus

1. Click on the  AdBlock Plus icon  in your browser
2. Click the gear icon or Open Adblock Plus (Safari)
3. Select the whitelist
4. Enter the website URL and click Add website
5. Close the settings and refresh the SignUpGenius page

 uBlock Origin

1. Click on the  uBlock icon in your browser
2. Click on the blue power icon - it should turn gray
3. Refresh the SignUpGenius page

Built-in Browser Ad Blockers

It is less likely that ads are being blocked by your browser itself. However, if ads are being blocked or other parts of the page seem to be missing or broken, you may be able to follow the steps below to allow ads or fix the page for Chrome or Firefox.

 Chrome Browser

1. Click the lock  or info icon to the left of the web address
2. Click the arrows to the right of Ads
3. Click Always allow on this site
4. Refresh the SignUpGenius page

1. Click the shield icon  to the left of the web address
2. Click the toggle switch to turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection
3. Click Always allow on this site
4. Refresh the SignUpGenius page
