NEW: Feature Upgrades for Easier Group Organizing
Signing up for events and communicating with your groups just got even easier. We’ve made updates to our online sign up system that will streamline some of your most common actions. Genius!
No log in required: Whether you’re signing up to bring snacks for your kid’s classroom or registering for corporate training, you won’t need to log in first. We don’t require participants to have a SignUpGenius account — but even if you do, you can skip the log-in process.
The best part for those with an account? When you provide your email address, the sign up information will automatically import into your account for the next time you do decide to log in. Plus, you’ll still receive automatic email or text reminders.
Easier Group Editing: Groups are the backbone of your event efforts — and now it’s simpler to add or edit information about group members, transfer, duplicate or merge groups and export group data for offline use. To see what’s new, log in to your account and head to the Groups tab on the left of your account home page.
What Else is New?
In case you missed it, we’ve also recently introduced several other helpful features:
- Text Messaging: Reach your participants where they are — their mobile phones — with text messaging. Perfect for sending sign up invites or event updates when you want to catch people on-the-go.
- Third-Party Integrations: We’ve launched a partnership with Zapier that integrates your sign up information with more than 750 popular apps such as Salesforce, Constant Contact and Google Drive. No need to be a programming wiz!
- Multi-photo Sign Up Designs: Create beautiful sign ups on your own with our Custom Theme Builder or choose from pre-loaded multi-photo design templates.
