2019-2020 Wrestlers and Parents
Morning Training Breakfasts (Mondays and Thursdays)
Wrestlers will attend morning training in MHS wrestling room from 6:45 am to 7:30 am, on Monday and Thursday mornings. To help our wrestlers be well-fueled after morning practice, the coaches are asking for help providing a HEALTHY post-AM workout breakfast.
Menu Suggestions and Ideas
Breakfast for 15 Wrestlers
PROTEIN - egg bake could include sausage, ham, bacon, cheese (please provide a serving of plain eggs for those who have allergies or don't eat pork) (1 pan of egg bake or 2 dozen eggs scrambled in a crockpot), Yogurt, hardboiled eggs, scrambled eggs, etc...
GRAINS - Bagels or granola bars, etc. The wrestlers also really like cereal. :)
MILK - 1 gallon chocolate milk (white milk as well if serving cereal)
FRUIT - Bananas or clementines, etc
Breakfast Serving Directions:
Breakfast parents will need to be there to set-up, serve, and clean-up.
Breakfast parents should arrive before 7:00 AM (Vantage students may leave early.) Please bring dishes hot and ready to eat. The boys are generally finished and out the door by 7:45 am.
- Paper products- will be provided in a container in the film room/lounge. Please put unused product back in container
- Serving Utensils: Bring serving utensils for food
- Set snacks out for the boys to easily take as they leave.
- Clear away leftover food and paper items and wipe tables down.
