Event Coordinators are responsible for picking up all of the clinic supplies at the Extension office the day before the event and returning the supplies during the next business day. Please reorganize all the materials when finished and make note of any materials/publications that need to be restocked from the main inventory (you can even volunteer do this when you get back to the office). Any forms, client inquiries, or signup sheets should be compiled and placed on the Master Gardener help desk for processing. All volunteers should arrive early to assist with setting up the tent, table, chairs, banners, and publication displays.
Signup instructions: Scroll down the window and click on the check box to "Sign Up" on the right side of the screen for date options as a volunteer and then click the “Submit and signup” button at the bottom of the screen. It will ask for your name and email address to complete the signup process. Be sure to click the “signup now” button when finished. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SIGNUP ON THIS SITE.
