Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry located at 3001 E. 30th Street. Our Food Pantry is the largest under one roof in the Midwest. We serve over 3,000 households in addition to delivering to 340 shut-ins each week. There are many volunteer opportunities at the Pantry: sorting, stocking and repackaging food items, assisting shoppers on shopping days, bagging groceries for the homebound, etc. Please dress comfortably and in layers and note that open toe shoes are not permitted. There is parking behind the building and you can come in through the Volunteer Entrance. Once inside, sign in and ask for Dominique McNeal, Group Volunteer Coordinator or Skip McCulley, Director of Operations. Following are the Day Managers: Tom McMullen (Monday), Jim Witchger (Tuesday), Ron Mikkelson (Thursday and Friday), Chris Breen (Thursday evening) or Carl Bracken, Warehouse Manager. Please note there are 10 available slots on each week day and 7 available slots on Thursday evening. Questions? Contact Darlene Sweeney, Volunteer Coordinator: [email protected]
We understand life happens. If you have signed up and find you can't make it after all, please delete your signup so someone else can take advantage of your available slot.
Thank you for giving of your time and talent to help those less fortunate in Central Indiana.
