The focus of this class is to improve joint range of motion with flexibility using light weights and body weight movements. This class meets Wednesday's 7am and is open to all ages and ability. Participants should bring a mat and water bottle. All participants must pre-register for a class spot each week and have a current 2022 waiver on file. A suggested donation of $3 is appreciated.Thank you!
