PLEASE CHOOSE 1 A or (1 B + 1 C) or 2 Bs, details please read below:
All PCLS families pay a $150 refundable parent duty fee at the time of registration. In order to receive the $150 refund, each family must sign up and complete required parent duties (one from category B and one from category C, or 2 from category B) or one duty from category A (serve as a room parent ).
Please note, if you would like to sign up as a room parent, please sign up to your child's class only. If you are able, feel free to sign up for extra slots as there is a need for additional help.
Two days prior to your duty, you will receive an automated email reminder via Sign Up Genius. To ensure proper credit for fulfilling your parent duty, please check in with the PTA in the PDS cafeteria prior to starting your parent duty.
If you wish to donate your parent duty fee to PCLS, you may do so and receive a tax deductible receipt.
Parent duty refund checks will be distributed to those families that have fulfilled parent duty obligations once after the fall semester and then at the end of the spring semester.
