Huskie Food Pantry Volunteers
COVID-19 UPDATES, PLEASE READ!:
Please refer to NIU's Fall 2020 plan to help Protect the Pack. Volunteers MUST wear a mask at all times and may be asked to wear other protective equipment if necessary. If you feel sick, have had direct or indirect contact with someone who has tested positively or is inconclusive, DO NOT attend your shift. The safety of our students and volunteers is of our utmost concern and we are understanding of these chaotic times. Please communicate with us if anything changes with your volunteering status. Thank you!
In order to ensure the success of the Huskies Food Pantry, we rely on the help of our wonderful volunteers! Volunteers are needed to receive/stock inventory and welcome students during our pantry nights. Please only sign-up if you are available for the full duration of the selected shift.
If you need to cancel your shift, please do so through this website as soon as possible * if you fail to do so, you will be on our warning list. If the behavior continues, you won't be able to volunteer with us in the future.
Please review the Volunteer Policies before you volunteer with us! This includes information about appropriate attire and arrival time.
--> New volunteer slots are added frequently, so please check back for more opportunities!
Thank you for your interest!
