COVID-19 Vaccinations for Department of Defense Dependents, Retirees and Beneficiaries

The Tennessee National Guard will assist with administering COVID-19 vaccinations to Department of Defense Retirees and dependents. This includes the Booster vaccination. Due to limited supplies and personnel to administer the doses, limited slots will be available.

All DoD dependents, retirees and beneficiaries are now eligible to receive DoD COVID-19 immunizations through Tennessee National Guard vaccination sites.

Note: This sign-up is for dependents and beneficiaries receiving their first or third vaccine only. DoD service members must work with their Medical Readiness NCO to schedule their COVID-19 vaccination.

Once the first vaccine is scheduled, a CDC card with an appointment for your second vaccine will be given. Your second appointment will be scheduled 28 days after your initial vaccine. Do not register for your second vaccine here.

Vaccinations will be administered on National Guard installations. A current, valid DoD identification card is required to enter the Memphis and McGhee Tyson Air Bases and to verify eligibility at the Smyrna vaccination site.

Anyone receiving a first dose with the Tennessee National Guard will be automatically scheduled for a second dose 28 days later.

The Tennessee National Guard is currently administering the Moderna vaccine. If you have any additional questions about dependent and retiree scheduling for the COVID-19 vaccination, please call 844-441-2100 (Be advised that our call center hours are from 0800-1630 CST. If you have any questions after hours, call CPT Schleicher at 615-714-5264).
