RLOC Fall/Winter - Drop Off Appointments

Drop off appointments are REQUIRED for this event. We are doing our very best to follow state guidelines. Drop-off appointments will help us limit the number of people in the store while still providing the service you need. We always do our best to process you as quickly as possible while striving to make our events high quality and upscale. This means we need to take the time to quality check all of your items before you put them out on the floor. 

In order to keep all appointments running smoothly, please:

  1. **If you have MORE THAN 200 ITEMS you will need to secure 2 back-to-back one hour time slots!! Once in the chosen slot, Keep the quantity at 1 and choose a slot in the next hour also**
  2. Arrive on time 
  3. Have your inventory list(s) printed
  4. Have your items in numerical order

When you finish your batch you will have the option to:

  1. Print labels yourself at home and apply them at home. **Labels must be printed in color and on a high quality print setting in order for our scanners to read them**
  2. Pick up your labels early and apply them at home! This is a HUGE time saver and will speed up your drop off time! EARLY BARCODE PICK-UP is Saturday, September 25 from 5-6pm and Sunday, September 26 from 4-6PM at our event space: 1620 N Lynn Riggs Blvd, Claremore (Next to Cedar Point Church).
  3. Label in store like normal.
