PTIA East,
To duplicate your sign up, log in with your email and password, click the 'Created' tab to quickly locate your sign up. Click the button for 'Past Sign Ups' to view any sign ups where the dates have passed. To the far right of the sign up, you will see the (....) option and when you select that option, you will see the 'Duplicate' button. Click that to create a copy that will *not* include the names of those signed up.

Go back to your account page, and you'll see the unpublished copy under 'Created' sign ups. Select the pencil icon to the right of the sign up and edit the dates/times/slots and any other step for this new sign up. Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page to save the changes. When you take it live, it will be given a unique URL link that is different than the original.

I am trying to create a Signup for 2017 by using / duplicating the same Signup from 2016. How can I keep the tasks but delete the volunteers who signed up last year? I want to clean it up and have a Signup ready to send out for 2017. A quick response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Joanne,
It's easy to transfer your sign up to someone else who has an account on our site. From the 'Created' tab, you will see the (...) button to the far right of the sign up and from that option, you can choose to 'Transfer' the sign up. If you transfer the sign up, the recipient will become the "Sign Up Creator" (or Admin). All email notifications will go to the Sign Up Creator (Admin).

Hi Coleen,
When duplicating a sign up with recurring dates/time slots in Step 3, it is quickest to delete the old dates and use either the 'Add recurring days' or 'Add time slots' wizard to populate the dates for the new year. There is not a way to convert the dates from last year.

Hi Laurie,
Yes, you can email those who haven't signed up yet. From Messages located on the left side of your account page, click Compose. Choose to 'Email people participating in a sign up.' After selecting your sign up from the drop down menu, click 'Select People.' You will then send the email to: People who have NOT signed up. Enter the subject of your email along with the text of the email message you wish to send. Choose to 'Save Draft' or 'Preview & Send'.

Is there a function to just resend my sign up as is without modifying it? I want it to serve as a reminder to sign up for the event.

Hi Shari,
After duplicating your sign up, you will see the unpublished duplicate under *Sign Ups I've Created.* You can select the *pencil* icon to the right of the sign up and edit as needed before publishing the duplicate version of your sign up. To reactivate it, you'll need to change the date in Step 3 to a future date.

Using a SignUp from last year. Used the edit feature to delete people signed up. It now says the SignUp is expired. I tried to duplicate it, but it needs to be "live".
How can I re-activate this SignUp?
Is there something I should be doing in the future to keep it from expiring, year to year? Thanks!

Hi Dawn,
There can sometimes be an issue with a specific browser that temporarily prevents you from accessing your account or sign up correctly. If possible, please log out of your current browser and switch to a different browser to see if the issue persists under a different browser. You can also use the middle icon at the top of the list to duplicate.

When you have time, you can go back to the current browser you are using to clear the cache and reset the browser.

Hi Kim,
The duplication process only takes a moment. If you do not see your sign up, you'll need to change your display setting for your Created tab.

To do this, go to the far right of the sign ups you have created, where you will notice a 'Gear' icon. When you select that icon, a list of drop-down options will be available for you. Choose to show unpublished sign ups and click the green button to save your selection.

How long does it take for you to duplicate a Sign up? I have been waiting for about 15 minutes. Just curious? Does it have to do with how many are in the queue at a certain time!

Hi Christa,
A sign up can only be duplicated from within the account where it is located. You could always email the creator to ask if he/she would be willing to transfer a copy to your account.

To communicate with the creator of a certain sign up, please use the link to the sign up itself. In the top portion of the sign up, you will see the sign up creator's name next to an envelope icon. If you click the envelope icon, you can email the creator directly.

Yes, you can re-use the same sign up if you want instead of duplicating it and creating a new one every two weeks. Here's how to delete the names:

From your account page, click on the sign up. When the sign up displays, locate the Admin Toolbar at the top. Click 'Add/Edit/Delete People.' Check 'Select' at the top to choose all the names and then click 'Delete Selected.' You may want to create a report first, if you want a record of those signed up. You can do that by clicking the 'Reports & Stats' tab in the Admin toolbar before deleting the names.

You can then go to Step 3 and edit the dates as needed. The URL will not change.

Our Co-op has deliveries every two weeks. Is there a way I can create a signup and just change the dates without creating a new sign up every two weeks?

Hi Jenny,
You will want to assign your slot entries to show for 'Selected Dates/Times'. If you need to edit slots that have already been entered, you will check the 'Edit' box to the right of the slot entry that needs to be changed and then scroll up and click 'Edit Selected' at the top of the page. Next to 'Apply to Date/Time,' choose 'Selected Dates.'

You will see all of the dates/times listed in a yellow highlighted box. You can then check only the dates and times where you need this slot to be assigned. Click 'Update' to save the changes you have made for this entry.

I have created a duplicate signup but need to eliminate slots for certain dates but not others. How can I do that?
