Hi Nancy, Cindy Becker submitted a support ticket on our help page and we were able to get this resolved. Hope your party goes well and glad the system is working well for your school!

Our very large high school PTO has been using your site for about a year with great success! We love that we no longer have to sift through piles of "reply all" emails when trying to schedule people or get them to sign up to bring food for functions!
We are now working on planning our very large overnight Graduation Party for the Seniors. We want to schedule parent volunteers in shifts of 8-11 pm, 11pm - 2am, and 2-5 am. We can't find a way to set up the 11pm - 2am shift since it spans two days. Any ideas?

Thanks Dan for the kind words and suggestions. We do have plans to make a time-slot builder for sign ups like you mentioned. And the ending time is something that has to be looked at for overnight events, for sure. Thanks for your patience while we continue to work on various upgrades!

Just found your site thru a band parent. Very cool. Set a logon up and began test setting up a prayer vigil (would use for a local Emmaus Community). A couple of enhancement suggestions: 1) when creating a sign up list set broad start and end times then specify increments. e.g., Prayer vigil starts at 6pm on Friday and ends 6pm on Saturday evening and signups in half hour increments. 2) the system doesn't understand 11:30pm to 12:00am but it does get 11:30am to 12:00pm. Very very cool tool. Thanks for creating it. Dan.
