PLAN AHEAD! I will be on vacation from May 28th-June 3rd and July 10th-16th. No classes will be offered during this time.


Outdoor classes are $10 per student. Please pay on the day of class - if we need to cancel for weather, it becomes difficult for me to track! Beginning April 1, 2022, kindly consider paying $12-$15 if you have the means. I wish to stay affordable so I am not officially increasing the price. There will be no questions or judgements.

Payments can be made via Venmo or Zelle. You can pay anytime for online classes. Please pay on the same day for outdoor classes (in case we need to adjust for weather).

If you are out of work or your income has been impacted, please let me know. You are still welcome in class!


I primarily teach power yoga, and will make accommodations to the practice to account for heat and humidity. We will connect movement with breath, and I will always offer modifications. All levels are welcome!

Classes take place in Riverside Park between 93rd & 94th Streets (enter the park at 91st or 95th Street). There is a nice flat area with plenty of shade. A screenshot and photo are included in weekly announcement e-mails.

You will need:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga block (optional and recommended)
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug spray (optional and recommended)
  • Hand towel and/or mat towel
  • Water
  • Mask for before and after class (optional - no longer required as of 5/17/21)
  • Layered clothing (recommended for colder days)
  • Socks with traction (recommended for colder days)
  • Hand sanitizer (optional and recommended)
  • Towel or blanket to place under your mat (optional and recommended)

Empty classes will be canceled 12 hours prior to the class start time. Decisions to cancel based on weather forecast (rain or heat advisory) will be made 2 hours prior to class.


If you need to cancel for any reason with less than 6 hours before the class start time, or if you are signed up and do not come, please pay for your spot. This policy is on the honor system - I will not reach out other than with the automated e-mail that goes out after classes. You do not need to pay for classes that are canceled due to weather.


Online classes are on hiatus as of March 1, 2022.

Regular online classes on have a suggested contribution of $10, which can be sent via Venmo or Zelle. Students who have registered will receive the class link and an optional playlist an hour before class begins.

You will need:

  • Yoga mat
  • Hand towel and/or mat towel
  • Water
  • Yoga block(s) (optional and recommended)
    • If you do not have a yoga block, improvise! You can use a water bottle, dumbbell, or any other sturdy prop.
  • Meditation cushion or pillow (optional)
  • Anything else that helps you! Candle, oil diffuser, etc.
