Las Trampas BBQ Reservation Policy
All BBQ reservations are on a first come first serve basis and do not require a reservation. If you plan on using the BBQ and will have less than 10 people then you will not need to reserve it, however if there is already a party there you will need to use the portable BBQ. If you would like a guaranteed party space and will have more than 10 people then you will need to reserve the BBQ through the signup genius and pay the fee. Maximum number of people is 40.
People who reserve the BBQ will need to bring their own grilling utensils.
Identify & leverage resources to guarantee LT members and their guests have a safe, clean and reliable BBQ space and convenient reservation experience. Get excited LT!!!! Parties, cook outs and other special events are going to be super fun for all.
All LT families that wish to reserve a BBQ party space will be required to pay a non-refundable $60 reservation fee. The fee provides the following
- Guaranteed reservation area and space
Seamless, fair & equal reservation experience
Sanitized BBQ grill & countertops
Clean picnic table area
Family name on reserved whiteboard
Private party entrance & access to the side gate
Use of BBQ area sink
1 guaranteed parking spots
Custom music playlist during event (must be approved by pool management and be clean - family friendly)
Onsite hospitality manager & professionally trained lifeguard
$3 fee for all nonmebers guest regardless of age. Paypal and or, Venmo payments will be collected by the onsite hospitality manager at the end of every event.
To ensure all LT families have an equal opportunity to reserve the space, there’s a limit of 2 party reservations per month, per LT family. Additional reservations may be possible, based on availability. However, priority will always be granted to those who have not used their monthly slot.
All reservations will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, using LT’s dedicated Signup Genius platform. There are two slots available per day. 12pm to 3pm and 4pm to 7pm. You will have 30 minutes prior to the event to setup. If there are multiple reservations in a given day, timelines will be strictly enforced. On days with a single reservation, timing will be flexible.
It is the duty of the party organizer to be responsible for all set up and party break down tasks. Specific tasks will be outlined in the reserved BBQ area.
