"We're in this together." We've heard that phrase a lot over the past year in the context of the pandemic. For some it has rung true, for others it has seemed an ideal we have not lived out in reality. In the context of our life together as a congregation, it is our lived truth and an ideal to which we aspire. By His grace, God has called us to witness and to serve in Jesus' name. That ministry and mission was never intended to be done--indeed, cannot be done--by a small group of people. The Spirit has equipped each one of us with gifts for ministry; gifts meant to be shared for the building up of Christ's Church. Please consider how you might use the gifts with which God has equipped you--including your time and energy--to serve your neighbor through volunteering in the work God has called us to do together.
