Official Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Log on to www.SignUpGenius.com/contest between 9/17/12 and 11:59:59 pm EST on 2/4/12 (the "Promotion Period") and follow the instructions posted on screen to create an entry.
2. CONTEST ENTRIES: Entrant must provide his/her full name, email address, and phone number. Entrant must also include a comment answering the question, "What gift would you like to receive most for Valentine's Day this year?" Contest Sponsor reserves the right to remove any entries it deems ineligible or inappropriate for any reason.
3. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the contest, Entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and live in the continental US. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person. If more than one entry is submitted per eligible person, all entries submitted by that Entrant will be deemed invalid. All entries submitted by individuals younger than eighteen (18) years of age will be deemed invalid. If more or less information is submitted in the entry than what has been requested, an entry may be deemed invalid. All entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Period to be eligible for a prize.
4. CONTEST PRIZE: Two entries will be selected on or about 2/5/12 from a random drawing of all eligible entries to win a certificate for a free bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
5. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS / PRIZE CLAIMS: The Contest Winners will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period about the results of the contest. If the Sponsor is unable to contact a Contest Winner from entry information within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotion Period, another contest winner will be chosen. The Contest Winner will receive the prize within four (4) weeks of the ending contest date. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. If prize is forfeited for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to award to an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
