The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is available to everyone 12 years of age and older. No appointment is necessary, although you may still make an appointment if you choose. View the vaccination calendar here to see today's location and hours of operation.

The Health Department vaccination site at the Tennessee Riverpark is open from 9AM-6PM weekdays and 9AM-3PM on the weekends. No appointment is necessary. Please call the COVID-19 hotline if you have questions: 423-209-8383.
To accelerate the process, please bring a completed vaccine encounter form to the vaccination site. The form is available under the handouts tab on the vaccine.hamiltontn.gov website.
You may receive your second Pfizer dose on or after the due date on the back of your vaccination card. Questions about the second dose? Call the COVID-19 hotline at 423-209-8383.
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is available to everyone 12 years of age or older. Children ages 12-17 may come to the vaccination site without their parents if they have a pre-signed vaccine encounter form and their parents or guardians are available to give consent over the phone.
Expanded vaccine eligibility applies to the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine only. Moderna and J&J have been authorized for adults 18 years of age and older.
