ISLA PTO Fiesta de la Primavera 2020 - Event Volunteers

The Fiesta de la Primavera is the main ISLA PTO fundraising and social event of the year with food and drinks, music, games and dancing, live and silent auctions, and mingling amongst our community, friends, ISLA staff, LAs, alumni and more! 

There are several ways to assist throughout the night. Please look below and signup for an activity. You will see the signup organized by grade. This year we are encouraging volunteers everyone to rollup their sleeves and jump in! 

Volunteer time slots are short - 1 hour max!

Mobile Bidding Assistant (2)

Assist/provide guidance to bidders throughout the bidding process. If you can pull a double shift to alleviate training of a second shift, this would be most helpful! Find Carrie Eckstam or Erin Neidenmaier for instructions.

 

Bead Sales (2)

Bead sales are fun and easy! Mingle, walk around, sell them near the bar...whatever works! 1st Shift - Go to the Registration Table to start your shift. 2nd shift - Locate a Bead Sales Rep and take over.

Raffle Sales (2)

Sell raffles tickets at the Raffle Table or take turns with your shift buddy walking around and mingling amongst the crowd while you sell tickets! Both shifts: Start your shifts at the Raffle Table in NE Corner of room (look for signs)
