Knights of Columbus Father Baumgartner Council
Come join us at 8:30 am Mass at St. Irenaeus Church on Wednesday, January 22, when we'll celebrate a "Mass for Life." At the Mass and the reception immediately following, we'll observe the 46th Anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision and the National Day of Prayer and Penance for Life, for violations to the dignity of the human person committed through acts of abortion. Since that decision was passed, more than 56 million children's lives have been lost to abortion. As Catholics and Knights of Columbus, we recognize the inherent dignity of every person in every circumstance and at every stage of life - from conception to death. Therefore, it's important that as many of us as possible attend this commemoration and "pray for Life." Our Color Corps has also been asked to participate.
