Outdoor Classes Thurs 8/06

  • Please bring your own mat and towel. You will be given a spray bottle and towel to clean off any equipment you may use during the class
  • Cycle Classes – Please do NOT wear cycle cleats on the tennis court. There are benches in the tent where you can change your shoes before and after class.
    • Bikes will be first come first serve. There is no way to reserve your bike at this time. Please allow ample time before class to choose where you’d like to ride.
