Due to the popularity of our cycling classes (Sprint and Spin), we have added additional classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please be mindful and only register for 1 cycling class per day to allow all members the opportunity to participate. If we notice a member reserving multiple cycling classes on the same day, our JFIT staff will contact you to find out which class you would like to attend.
Please be courteous and sign up for varied time slots, so that all members may have equal access to these classes.

JFIT Outdoor Group Fitness Classes are FREE classes for JCC Bridgewater Members only and are weather permitting. Please bring your own MAT, WATER BOTTLE and any other possible listed equipment to class. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Class availablility is constantly changing. Please check back often to see if a spot has opened up on a previously filled class. Please download and fill out our new Waiver form and bring with you to the JCC to be kept on file. Adults and Minors will need to have this form filled out to participate in any JCC programs.
