Thank you for a great season! School will be starting soon, and most of our lifeguards/staff will be heading back to college. Unfortunately, this means we no longer have the staff to manage the pool, and will be closing the Hanford Swimming Pool on Sunday, August 23. We had a great run in a year when we didn't think we'd be able to open the pool, and we want to thank everyone for following this year's unusual rules. We hope to see everyone back next year for a more normal swimming experience.
You are about to use a COVID-ERA swimming pool, and some of the rules and regulations you encounter will be very different from previous years. If you or any members of your party are ill, you may not enter the Hanford Pool facility. Social distancing must be practiced, and failure to do so may result in your being denied the use of the facility.
In order to register for a swim session, please select from the established pool blocks listed below. You do not need to arrive at the start of your session, but if you are not planning on using your reserved time, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible in order to allow other residents to use that time slot.
Reservations may be made up to two weeks out (every Sunday another week of availability will be reflected) but no reservations will be accepted after 5:00 for the following day's events. If you desire to use the pool the same day, you may use this form to see availability, and arrive at the pool to "walk into" an open slot. Walk-ins will be taken for availabile slots beginning 15 minutes after registered bathers have been processed.
When reserving, register everyone who will be coming to the pool regardless if they will be entering the water. Please print, sign, and bring the attached waiver with you to the pool. A signed COVID-19 waiver is required to enter the pool.
Maximum swimmer capacity is 50 people.
Thank you for your cooperation!
