UW Medicine Advancement
To show our organization’s support and gratitude for the critical role they are playing in our community during this pandemic, University Advancement will be leading the assembly of gratitude care packages for our frontline workers throughout the UW Medicine health system.
These grab-and-go care packages will include donated non-perishable snacks and drinks, as well as self-care items, like socks and boxed tea that staff can take home.
Assembly is scheduled each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at UW Facilities Training Center at the Plant Services Building, from 9am to 2pm, until March 24.
If you are comfortable participating and able to do so, we will need up to 3 helpers per sign up day to put together these care packages in a safe and socially-distanced environment. Please sign up for a time below. For the safety of the helpers and the building staff, helpers are limited to active UW employees or students.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after signing up, a reminder email from Sign Up Genius three days before the sign up date, and the daily project manager will confirm instructions with you one business day before the assembly date. The instructions will provide safety, parking and facilities information.
Please contact Jess Wang ([email protected]) at UW Medicine Advancement if you have any questions.
