4-07-21 SJC Delta College Drive Thru 1st Pfizer Event

Thank you for scheduling your 1st Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine appointment. These appointments are for individuals who have been identified by the county to receive their first dose at Delta College.  

You will need to bring a valid government ID with you to verify your qualification. The Pfizer Vaccine has been supplied by San Joaquin County Public Health Services. This vaccine event will take place on the date and at the times and location below.

Please sign up for the most convenient open time slot through the link below and answer the questions completely so your vaccine will take place as efficiently and timely as possible. You must sign up below otherwise we cannot vaccinate you. Only those that have signed up will be vaccinated.

The vaccines will be FREE to you and the county, but your insurance information will be needed so the provider can bill for their services.
