Public Comment - Park Hill School District
Individuals wishing to provide public comments to the Board must pre-register no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting using this form.
Registration will open 48 hours prior to the registration deadline (for a Thursday meeting, registration will open at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday).
There will be a maximum of 7 speakers, and each speaker will have a 3-minute time limit. If all public comment slots are full, you may still share a written comment with the Board by emailing the Board Secretary or hand-delivering your written comment to the district office at 7703 NW Barry Road. Written comments will be provided to all Board members, but will not be read aloud during the Board meeting.
Please direct your comments to the entire Board. Generally, Board members will not provide any response during public comment; however, if needed, Board members and/or district staff may provide a response at a later time. Discussion about individual staff members or students is not allowed..
