Montage Health has scheduled a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday, May 8 with Community Hospital’s outreach clinic at the Boys and Girls Club, at 1332 La Salle Ave. in Seaside. This clinic is free and does not require insurance.
This clinic is for Monterey County residents who are 16 years of age or older. Those who are under 18 need to have a parent or guardian present to verify age and identity. To verify your name, date of birth, and residence, please bring identification such as:
• Driver's license
• California ID card or REAL ID card (from the DMV)
• Military ID
If your identification does not show you are a Monterey County resident, you must provide a utility bill, W2 form, or other document that has your name as shown on your ID, and the qualifying address.
This clinic is the Pfizer vaccine, which requires two doses. You can schedule your second dose at the end of your appointment. The second dose will be provided on May 29 at the Boys and Girls Club during the same hours.
Please note that this clinic is partially outdoors, so dress for current weather conditions.
