Drop-Off Appointments & Consignor Waiver

NOTE: Every Consignor must schedule a drop off time. We strongly recommend you do not bring children to drop off if possible.This sign up doubles as your consignor wavier so there will be zero exceptions on showing up without an appointment.

Please sign up for your drop-off time from the available appointments below. Allow yourself about 1 hour (AT LEAST) to complete your drop-off. The more organized your items are (by size/gender and toy category) the faster your drop-off will go. Please annotate your drop off time in your calendar and save the confirmation email from Sign Up Genius.

Consignor fees will now be collected when you sign up for your drop off time. This will be the policy moving forward for all future JBFSNH sales. There is a tiered pricing structure with a discount for early bird sign ups and a $5 late registration charge for anyone who signs up for their drop off appointment after Sept 1. This policy is necessary for us to efficiently plan the best sale possible as we were having over 100 people each sale sign up then not show up and that makes it VERY difficult for space planning and other sale preparations. Thank you for understanding we are doing this to be able to provide the best possible event for you and the shoppers.

All hanging clothing items will be hung by gender/size but we also ask you to hang them BEHIND the alphabet letter that corresponds to your consignor number within each gender/size section. This helps our sorting team immensely during our breakdown. We do HIGHLY recommend bringing your own rolling rack, cart or wagon if you have one in case all of ours are in use when you arrive.

If applicable, please have the following items printed and filled out when you arrive at the registration table for your appointment. Click the item name to download each document to print.

NOTE: The following items MUST be with your items if you are bringing any of these things when you drop them off or they will be removed from the sales floor by our recall specialist. We cannot sell them without these documents.

Car Seat Waiver linked below: If selling a car seat, booster seat, or infant seat and or base, you MUST have a waiver for EACH item. Bases require their own waiver as they have their own expiration/manufacture dates.

Car Seat Owners Manual: You can print it from the manufacturers website if you don't have the original. Only the english pages are required and you can print in quad format to save on paper if you would like to.

Crib Checklist linked below: Not applicable to pack and plays, port-a-cribs etc, only actual cribs.
