Cherokee Health Systems has been allotted COVID-19 vaccines to vaccinate eligible individuals in our communities. Eligibility is established by the State and the Dept of Public Health. By completing the signup form, you put yourself on our wait list. Depending on your eligibility and the vaccine supply, we will schedule you for a vaccination.
