Registration Instructions: Click on Sign Up next to the slot and date you want, and then click Submit & Sign Up at the bottom. On the next page, please indicate who is attending if you need elevator assistance (If so, you may enter the building by the Memorial Garden Entrance). You may register up to 4 persons from the same household/COVID group in each reserved slot. If your household is 5 or more persons, please sign up for two household slots to reserve an entire pew (up to 8 people). If sign-ups are not filled by the day before the service, you may sign-up for the following day's service even if you have signed up for another service.
Is a service full? Each service will be live-streamed on our YouTube and Facebook page. Please email Evans McGowan ([email protected]) to be put on a waitlist. You may also check back later to see if a spot has opened up.
What to expect on your visit: Plan to be seated by 9:15 a.m. Please enter at the rear (narthex) of the Sanctuary through the entrance off of Washtenaw Ave., unless you need to use the elevator rather than the steps. Ushers will be there to provide a bulletin and guide you to your reserved space, filling in from the front of the Sanctuary to the back. When the service is over, ushers will dismiss you from the back of the Sanctuary to the front. There will be ample space between the congregation seated in the back section of the sanctuary and the worship leaders including the musicians in the front section of the sanctuary. We ask congregants to remain in this designated area, using the restroom downstairs in the social hall if needed or the restrooms outside the pulpit Sanctuary door if necessary.
COVID-19 Precautions: PLEASE HELP US reduce the risk of spreading the virus by following all COVID-19 protocols. Namely, wear a mask at all times (exception: children age 2 and under) and remain socially distant (at least 6 feet) from those not in your household. Finally, while we encourage spoken corporate response, please REFRAIN FROM SINGING.
NOTE OF RISK: If you sign up, you are agreeing to an event that carries a minimal risk. Please do not come if you have knowingly been exposed in the past 10 days. If, on Sunday morning, you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (listed below) or are not feeling well, please stay safely at home.
COVID-19 symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Common symptoms include fever, chills, headache, fatigue, muscle aches, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, or other respiratory and/or gastrointestinal symptoms. If you develop any of these symptoms within ten days of entering the building, we recommend getting tested and sharing any positive results with our Parish Nurse: (734) 662-4466 ext. 350.
Please contact Evans McGowan if you have any questions, or if you need handicap access before, during or after the service.
