The You Are Not Alone Family Support Group offers peer support and Integrative Health methods to moms and families living with Perinatal Anxiety & Depression (PMADs). PMADs occur during pregnancy and well into the the post-partum period.
This group is ideal for moms or pregnant women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or maternal role transition. It is also ideal for moms or pregnant women with a history of anxiety and depression, and want to be proactive or preventative with current or future pregnancies.
Moms, partners, and babies (in arms/car seats) are encouraged to attend the sessions. For parents with active toddlers, we do not have onsite childcare available at the Library, but the room is child friendly. The Library does have activities independent of our support group program just before our group time. Here is a link to their activities page.
At this time, we are not able to accommodate active toddlers at the Marley Location.
