You have selected items but have not completed the sign up process. You can only sign up for items on one sign up page at a time. To complete the sign up process, return to this page and click the "Submit and Sign Up" button at the bottom of the screen. If you continue to the new sign up page, you will not be signed up for the items you have checked.
